Videos
These videos are not short. They take a long time to get going.
They'd be quicker if I put them on a site like YouTube or Veoh.
But the quality would suffer. So, if you're patient, enjoy them!

Vaishnavas
I made this, my first film with the Hare Krishnas, in the winter and spring of 1967. Most of it's in New York, some in Montreal. We are introduced to Shrila Prabhupad, his disciples and admirers. For this and the next four films, I used an 8mm camera.

Swamiji
In June of 1967, Prabhupad was about to return to India for his health. We were very troubled - we didn't know if he'd ever come back to us. The devotees asked me to make a movie of him in his room at 26 Second Avenue. The film shows him on his last day before the plane flight. During his months of absence, it was an object of meditation for us.

The Full Nectarine
Set in the Brooklyn Botanical gardens, this film-within-a-film shows Prabhupad telling the story of Lord Chaitanya's taking sannyas. A magic touch: Radha and Krishna are there to great Prabhupad as he arrives. After this film was made, the devotees called the gardens "Brooklyn Brindaban." Nayana Bhiram and I co-directed the movie in 1968.
